What connection do you have?
What provider?
Do you have a router?
Connected by cable/wireless?

No No No No No!
They probably know less than you (bit busy but I could dig out an article to show how shoddy they are if desired!).
Are you ok once you get connected?
Do you get any error messages?
Filters in every phone socket?
Changed anythign recently?

when connecting i get error 0720, which is settings not correctly instold (some think like that)
but the people at virgin talk me through all that and all seems well
tried re-instoling
if i keep on pressing the connect button i finale get connected after about 7/8 attempts, but don't allways
when i do get connected i stay connected
i borrowed a WXP disk and run a scan but found no think wrong
