EPT Season 4

How much do i NEED to satellite my way into an EPT for season 4!!

Id rather play in them than a world series event anyday!!!!!!!!

I used to say the same but after the way the clocks have been altered in the WPT & EPT events to suit cameras i changed my mind. The day they finish the events with no change to the structure just to chase a finnish then i'll reconsider.

The EPT is still good and expanding but the changes to the end of tournaments is just wrong.

Thought i should add that the TV stage of the GUKPT is exceptionally well run, the TD is stood over the table with a stop watch, any time there is an outside influence requiring the game to stop (basically the TV crew) then the TD pauses the clock, it should be the standard for TV tournaments. Not to mention pausing the clock on the bubble.

i realise they were having to turn people away last season and why they are doing it but 8K buyin is gonna make it a lot harder to sat in for near busto people like me.

I know it has happened in WPT events, but I can't remember any EPT's that I've covered where this has been the case.  If you could point them out to me, as I'd like to know when and why they did this, if that is the case.

Good, it gives you something to aspire to join! I am of the belief the EPT should always be sold out JUST, the buyin should be just high enough that there is never any demand for more seats. It should be the summit of european poker.
