Anyone know anyone in stars that may help ?

Hi All

I won a seat for Galway next week but as is the way with life I have just been notified that my son has to have a minor operation which clashes with the dates so I cant go, I have emailed stars but got the standard terms and conditions answer that the seat cannot be transfered or player substituted, maybe someone here knows somebody within stars that may help me out ? as it seems a tad harsh as this event is limited to 500 players and will be a sell out anyway so a transfer to Nottingham for the next one will not lower the prize fund in anyway.

I just sent a generic email to their help when I wanted to change a buy in for a ukipt, they were pretty accomodating
