When I lived there as a kid they used to call West Bridgeford "Bread and Dripping Island", as you had to skimp on the food to afford the houses.

Are you trying to imply there is a posh area of Nottingham? Last time I went to Nottingham I called in a pub for a pint and there was a pub quiz just about to start,question 1 was "what the f**k are you looking at?"

The last time i was there a feak storm with winds of up to 170 MPH demolished houses and overturned cars, causing, it was reported, almost 15 worth of damage
