Pokerstars update

Usually they take about 5 seconds today's has been going nearly 10 mins and only a third of the way through, nothing else seems to be slow. Anyone else had any problems?

Yeah lots of people have been having this

Go into Program Files > Pokerstars > and run Pokerstars.exe

The start menu/desktop shortcuts link to PSUpdate.exe but by using the above method you bypass the update and it works as usual

I had this yesterday.  Ended up uninstalling, then downloading again from scratch.  That didn't work, so had to download again.  The download speeds were like the old dial up days, but eventually the 2nd attempt worked.

Took me about 3 hours total and was playing across 3 other sites at the same time.

Then I got it up and of course I had to reset preferred seats, 4 colour deck, table themes etc.

Was seriously tilting, but after a shocking start to the evening, managed to turn it all round by 3am.

Ha nothing like your recent ones, managed to get back to break even on Stars and got a 4th in the Stars.Fr 100 Euro. 

Was proper tilting between about 8.30 and 11.30.  I made an absolute school boy error of starting up the first stars tournament on my mobile (late reg was about to end), thinking the update would be done in a couple of minutes.  Was multitabling across 3 sites + 1 game on an iphone.
