Most of my play so far has been MTT's and one table SNG's. Thinking of playing more cash games, but I feel there is probably a slightly different strategy here? Is there a book which concentrates more on this type of play, as most I have read concentrate on tourney strategy. Or just generally what do you see as the main differences if there are any.

Cheers all.

When playing cash games you must never play over your bank roll, Blinds stay the same so theres no need for chip building as such! I tend to play alot tighter if i do play in cash games, mainly only in late postion is where i play most.
For me cash is alot differnet than playing touneys, start off small, and once you feel ready to move up then do so. Goodluck Cool

From what I have seen of the Limit cash games online, not that I play them, its showndown poker.

People have already said that if you play multi table at lower limits, tight aggressive poker, with a good rake back deal, you can make $50k a year quite easily

Small Stakes Hold Em by Ed Miller (and Sklansky and Malmuth) is ideal for fixed limit online games at the lower levels.

For no-limit,  a book which was recommended to me on Blonde, and which I liked, is Pot-Limit and No-Limit Poker by Reuben and Ciaffone.
