Spoke to him the other day. His laptop blew up so he's having to check his mail and messages at the library. I know, Raab in a library - weird, huh?  Cheesy

yes im in the library now so sshhhhh. there are lots of books here, some of which ive even read!!!

yeah sark my pc decided not to work anymore so im not playing on t'internet at the mo. playing once a week at the pub which is fine till about 1am when whisky makes you raise with all sorts of crap.

anyway ive spent my spare time(its amazing how much of this i now seem to have) rereading some poker books and my hand records from a few sites. so hopefully when i get back in the game its with improved results.

you playing backgammon yet sark?  any other blondes play?

anyway my time is running out so i gotta go

I love backgammon.  I tried the online version at gammon empire.  The software was really nice, but I found I didn't like it as much as playing against people sitting infront of me in a real game.  I thought I would like the online version, but I prefer the real one better.  Maybe I will give it another go sometime.

I enjoy playing online but I agree that playing 'Live' is much better.

I think my problem is that I am still a backgammon fish. It goes so fast. When I play live with friends, they are slow and I have more time to think about things.
