							Well 90% of players are allways going to lose if pay outs are for 10% only, but I guess an argument will be that some are more likely to lose than others.

  You mean 9/1 ? And more importantly, you can cash more more than 10 times you buy in. So you don't need to be better than 9/1 to cash if you place high enough.
