I'm at a loss at what to do here

Playing a relatively small mtt on Ipoker

top 30 pays

As the players get down to 38 I notice a bloke sat next to me with a near 100k stack ( i have 14k and am in the top 7)

he goes all in EVERY hand without fail, telling people what he has

This lasts for a level, he goes down to 33k and still carries on

This REALLY affected me. Therefore I'm playing premium only

Have 10 10. am so annoyed i'm calling. He has 9 3 hits 2 3's and i'm bubble boy

How the HELL do I play against this?

U did what u should have done waited for a good enough hand, had a 7 to 3 or higher chance of winning and lost.
I usually like players like this at my table as all you normally get to do is ship it in with the best hand and double up (hopefuly!)
