Well its taken me probably longer than I'd have thought to get to a thousand posts but I'll start off with the thankyou's. Thanks to Tikay,Tighty and the rest of the mod team here for making this place what it is. A well moderated and fun place to discuss anything and everything and sometimes poker.
I don't know how well known I am about these parts I think I have met a bunch of you either via the occasional circuit events I make it to, APAT,blondebash,facebook scrabble etc etc and if you don't know me then

2007 Has been a really difficult year for me and I've really not had the chance to play nearly enough poker as I would have liked in fact I've probably not played a single hand in 2 months and I really really miss it as it has given me so much. It's been a mixture of New House, New Job, Planning an overseas wedding and having a terminally ill parent with whom I have never really gotten along with since I was 16 now showing up and wanting to be a part of my life it hasn't been the greatest time to play poker or stay active with the online communities.
I wouldn't say I'm gone for good though and having settled into my job and leaving to get married in Las Vegas in a week's time I reckon when I return from Honeymoon I'm gonna be back playing again, I guess the new Mrs Milne will have to be happy with that!
