the battle over the jaffa cake was won years ago

what was won today was M&S right to claim back VAT for 30 years on its teacake


the government said they didnt want to give it back as M&S had already charge its customers for it


so basically anyone that bought a teacake from M&S in last 30 odd years go back to them and ask for a refund on the VAT you paid
