Depends on who he surrounds himself with tbh, if Jordan stays then i think as more of a "management team" they could do ok ... however, there is talk down here that Adams has asked Martin Keown to be part of his team ... now that would be worrying.

Any young newish manager is a risk, but the biggest problem for Pompey will be when he sells the club whoever buys it most probs will bring in his own team?
