I was trying to buy some tickets for south africa next year but is there anyway to tell what games england will be playing in, i think not until the draw is done obviously. Anyone got experience of this? is the only way to buy once the draw is done?

For the last world cup in Germany I bought tickets off a fan exchange site, paid about 3x the face price. On the match day in Frankfurt the touts got scared as the Germans had provided such good facilites to watch the game,so the tickets were going for about double.

Tickets had a chip in them and names printed on them,so you were supposed to have id as you entered the ground. My ticket was for a Mrs Julie something and the German riot copper justed lollled as he let me in.FWIW the Germans were brilliant hosts.

I really can't see the tournament going well in S.A. I've been a couple of times and it's rough as **** life seems so cheap and gun crime is rife,i can see some fans getting themselves into some very sticky situations.Saying that once the matchs start i'am sure i will be tempted to go.
