Anyway, I think 4-1 to be the next sacking is quite a decent bet

A few bad results from here and he's under pressure

Not many I can see under immediate pressure either, as WHU can't afford to sack Grant

Are they buying the right breed of player in terms of character?

I know Tevez is captain and he cares, hes so important for the team. Obviously the likes of Milner and AJ care.

But what about Abedayor, Balotelli, Yaya Toure? They didn't seem bothered on Saturday.

Where is the professional pride? I know everyone will say "its all about money these days" but these top nfl players who earn miles more than footballers are absolute devastated when they lose a match.

Silva is amazing btw. Play him behind Tevez and watch the magic (circa last 20 mins v Blackpool).
