Wow.

He's not even Jewish!

His new wife is, and she's making him sit out!

Worm was right.

If he was taking his Judaism seriously, he shouldn't have been playing at all.

Turns out the story wasn't as reported:

http://www.cardplayer.com/poker-news/13721-jarrett-nash-explains-decision-to-skip-day-5-of-main-event

Religion wasn't Judaism and wasn't based just on his wife's religion.

Meh religion..... everyone one entitled to believe in what they like but at least stick to it..don't make things up to justify directly contradicting your whole belief system..when you say to yourself   'as long as i don't do this on a certain day that makes it just fine ' you just come out looking like a bell end. The vein of hypocrisy runs deep through all religions.... i think the 'quiet room ' at stratford is actually a prayer room for all those good Muslims to take five minutes away from the wheel so they don't break their religious beliefs.

I always wondered what female suicide bombers get.. do they get the 70 virgins also ? Geeez imagine being a woman with 70 blokes who didn't know what they were doing..doesn't sound like heaven to me... sounds messy and tiring

NO NO NO DON'T SERIOUSLY DON'T

Have you seen what they would actually have to do if they REALLY stuck to their religions. There are people in the world who would really like to run the world according to the teaching of Christianity or some other wacky belief system.

i think we know there are people at both ends of the scale when it comes to religion, but in general don't come up with a half arsed excuse to justify doing something that clearly flys in the face of something you say you adhere to... much like in catholism..as long as your sorry mumble a bunch of cods its basically ok to do any sin you like as your still make it to the big game in the sky..that people believe even after all this is the true wonder..aint nowt like sheep...baaaaaa
