Off to Down Royal for the racing tomorrow.

Any Do's /Dont's or tips greatly appreciated.

Also any guidance on pubs in Belfast??

Mullaghanoe River in the 3.10 probably worth a bet @ 3/1 (10/3 if you can get on with vict0r)

From a mate's stable tour @ Noel Meade's 5 weeks ago: "goes over fences, "exciting", Noel really seems to like him a lot. I sense they are expecting good things...I asked Davy Condon afterwards what his pick of the bunch [85 horses in the yard] was and he didnt hesitate to put forward Apache Stronghold and Mullaghanoe River. Apache Stronghold has since obliged on jumps debut.

Never fails to amaze me how stupid jockeys are. Townend rode outside all the way round giving up lengths. Only when he is beaten does he then move to the inside. Wasn't good enough today anyway, but makes me mad
