How come you have a clickable signature snoppy, thought that was outlawed?

I didn't realise it was outlawed. It's just a blog. No ads.

What was the diet Tikay?
I'm curious because the only way i lose weight is to stop eating and i know that ain't a good thing lol

Starvation, almost.....

ONE meal a day - a GIANT home-made Spag Bol, (lean mince), much as anyone can eat, & 2 or 3lb of Grapes. Daily. NOTHING ELSE. Oh, &  3 or 4 cups of tea, with sweeteners.

And plenty of toliet roll too? scared

I started a diet whilst we were in Cardiff for the Welsh Open, the obejctive was to lose 3 stone by Easter.

Objective achieved earlier this week, so as of half an hour ago - 00.01, Good Friday, the Diet is OVER!

So I can eat that "teaser" pack of Custard Creams I have had by my side 24/7, & stuff my face with Hot Cross buns all day today.

Whahoo!

No more spag bol, no more grapes, it's pies, chips, & sticky buns all the way now.

Hi Tikay,     I have only seen you once ( on the TV show with RED-DOG - Interview about 6 weeks ago ).  You looked slim from what I can recall.    Why the need for the diet.? .   Great achievement Tikay. I have heard that is one of the hardest things, harder than quitting smoking

Tikay, If I had a hat I would take it off for you, but I don't so I wont, well done, not a minor achievement IMO

The very last hand of the night goes to Dewi James, who finds ACES and talks Raymond O’Mahoney into calling his all-in preflop bet of 15k.  “If I had AQ, I’d call!” says Dewi.  Raymond calls holding pocket 66’s.
