Since your 1 off win I have played a large number of heads up matches both live and online and done OK (ask chubbs/rob/thewy etc). Get an account set up and lets play, maybe you can give me a game as beating the scandis does get a bit boring.

Its at this point where the pedant within me just has to point out that...

 ROI% = (Profit/buy-ins) x 100

You can use.....

 ROI% = (prizes/buy-ins) x 100

.... but then you have to subtract 100 afterwards.

So what i lose 83%!

lol.

I am sure a mught higher ROI is possible, i am on a bad run of them at the moment i think you can win 66%+ of HU games if you know what you are doing. (keeo the pots small!!)

right - this is a small sample but playing only stars $50 HU Matches in the last month or so i have the following stats.  Obviously the larger the sample the better the relaibility of the figures.

Played 65
Won 44
Lost 21

That = 68% win rate.  (I am happy with that but i am sure 70%+ is achievable)

I am also making a note of the players in the following categories:
AVOID!! or PLAY ALL DAY!

tikay (ilkeston) = blind fish, can't see suits or straights
booder (derham) = weak tight haddock
flush royal (brighton) = crazy loose & clueless

usual's really  Cheesy

seriously though - only got a few on there.  What i like about HU is that people play it so badly and i can pretty much play the same way and pull the same moves each time as you never really play the same player twice due to the high volume of players on stars.  - maybe if i start coming across the same opponents i will sharpen up and vary my game a little.

i presume that the only time you will come up against the same players on a regular basis is when you play the higher buy in levels.

you playing the wallsall festival ?

Agreed! - the $500 and $1000 players are probably quite few and far between so you get to play the same goes over.

Probably not playing walsall - have alot of golf on next week. - maybe!

I am still in shock from losing a 49-1 chip lead, i think i need some tips from Tikay!

70% would be very high greg, when i started playing these my first 100 i went 75%, then i broke even for the next 50 odd. To get the best results you really have to be on the very top of your game, any bad play is magnified in HU, a small mistake is a HUGE mistake.
