What do you do when you have one of those weekends?

This weekend ive played in three casino tournaments and had rag cards in all three and i mean absolutely nothing .
Highest pocket pair was 7`s and highest card ive managed to pair on a board was a 10.
Cash game i havent faired much better  with 2 pairs loosing to straights straights to flushes etc.
So what makes you  feel better when youre running like crap?

    erm.................few brandys.

dont let it get you down, if your going to play at a professional/semi pro level then dont let it affect your mood to the point where you come to dislike playing.

these lot will tell you better than i can but if you start letting the outdraws and dry spells get you down then it can effect you game and have a vicious cycle effect.

best thing to do is come on here and send tikay about 8 pms telling him all about your bad beats, he loves all that.

I stop playing for a day or two...I don't get upset anymore as that doesn't do you a damn bit of good and actually only makes you lose your moolah.

detach yourself from the money and you'll find it easier to take. If it constantly plays on your mind 'i am up this, great' 'oh no iam down xx, must have a winning sesh'. Just disregard the money and keep thinking about poker for when the poker gods shine a light on your hands again.
