alcohol in moderation is good for you. there have been studies that have supported red wine reducing the risk of cancer. alcohol is used to sterilise things too so its versatile. there are some problems alcohol can give you if you take too much over a period of time. these include liver damage and alcohol related brain damage. alcohol strips the b vitamins from our bodies and the brain needs them. have you ever saw a heavy d rinker who bangs their feet down as they are walking? thats peripheral neuropathy. death of the nerve endings in the feet. folk cant feel when their feet are hitting the ground so they conpensate and bang them down to make sure they are on the floor. also alcohol can cause depression due to its depressant effects, dehydration and sleeplessness. apart from that I'm partial to a tipple myself  also, another fact about alcohol - do you remember the safe units per week went up about 10 years ago by about 3 units for women and men? this was not because alcohol all of a sudden became more healthy. it was because our consumption per capita was rising far higher than the rest of Europe. the government raised the safe units per week to bring the units per capita down so we were more in line with Europe. talk about statistics, lies and dammed statistics? i don't know..................................... |

My mouth is dry, my throat is sore, my head aches, i have a carpet burn on my knee  , there's a wet patch on my sofa, i can't find my phone, wallet or the shorts i had on yesterday!! Alcohol........................I LOVE IT!!!!!!!! |
