Athletes in Peak Condition or Just Greedy Gits?

The other night while flicking through channels on SKY, I came across a bizare sport (  ) called Competitive Eating. Apparently this is a rapidly growing sport in America that has caused a lot of controversy.

Has anyone seen it?   Some of the top athletes in this sport were interviewed and asked about their training methods.  Out of all those interviewed, this rising sport star stood out ( number 2 )     http://www.ifoce.com/eaters.php .  She could probably eat more than a heavyweight boxer, a Rugby League player or my Dog.  Just unbelievable

There was a documentry earlier this year all about it. A  fan http://www.ifoce.com/eaters.php?action=detail&sn=10 of the food tour decided to compete and the film showed you a year in his life.

The funny thing is the best in the world (http://www.ifoce.com/eaters.php?action=detail&sn=22)by far is a small Japanese guy who can eat virtually double anyone else.
