Men 'The Master' -- 600

Crikey, another star and another long face.

In fact, looking around the room it's the blondeites who all seem to be smiling!

Mateyboy raised 200 from the small blind, Skalie called.

Flop = Two Clubs

Mateyboy pushed all-in for 750, Skalie called.

Mateyboy =

Skalie = three clubs

Shootout News

Blondeite Roland de Wolfe has made the Final Table of the Shootout event!  And word is that he may be the newest Full Tilter...although no sign of him in the hospitality  suite.

I was on the phone to a friend and mentioned this to him. Conversation went something like:

Me: Roland has made the final table of the shootout event.
Mate: Really? What's his chip-count compared to the others?
Me: Shootout event dude. Think about it.

Womble is OUT - just caught him joining Ariston, Dubai and DPommo railing Roland at the TV final...

Apparently KJ wasn't in such good shape against AK, and after the K Q Q flop, the J turn did nothing to help him.  Doesn't look too gutted, to be honest - in Vegas there's always another game round the corner.  Even if it's an STT back at their place against us and the Poker Mansioners...

I think Dave Colclough may have exited (either that or it was an early move) - here he is (above) - and here he isn't (below)...

Here's the best Elvis impersonator in er... well, I'm not too sure what the name of his road is.

Anyhow, real name Bruce Atkinson, the veteran is on a rather satisfying 6.9k.

"Boobs" is Bhupinder Kholi, a very nice gentleman who plays at the Vic and the Luton festival events. His nickname is "Bhups" I think. Wish him all the best from Steve & Xuyen if you see him.

I stumbled across Irish Denis O'Mahoney while taking a photo of John Gale, his table-mate opposite.  I got a smile from John, but a nice chat with Irish Denis.

In poker, they always say it's about timing.

Well, I guess it's the same with taking random pictures in the hallway...

And here's that pic of John Gale for good measure:

*shaky, flashless but occasionally inspired (see Snoopy's Doyle Brunson shot)

Marc Goodwin is OUT.

Tens vs Jacks

No help

Incidentally, Marc managed to double up after just 2 hands.

Sat in the blind with 2-3, he called a 100 raise on a flop of 4-5-K

Turn brings a T, Mateyboy bets 200, Marc calls.

River = A

Marc announces all-in and Mateyboy calls, showing K-K (!!!)

Top notch Mateyboy quote: "I was trying to catch you"  Cheesy
