i wonder what wonderful system bates will put in place to get a ticket for old trafford! I'm a homer, never really go to away games so not sure how likely it will be i can get a ticket, got a season ticket obv but dont think that counts for much when it comes to away tickets.

On todays game I thought Grella was very unlucky to be subbed as he played very well. Im glad that Michalik never gets in the starting X1 as hes useless, hes 6ft 6in and win fuck all headers. The sooner Higgs is back the better as Casper is truly awful but credit to Kettering they played well and did what they had to, on the plus side a great draw if we get through, Becchio is back and can actually win a header unlike Beckford. Looking forward to Tuesday as im off with Horner to Boundary Park should hopefully be back to winning ways.

you could create a york city thread and see how that works out.

Yea, i totally agree about grella, i would have probs gone 4-3-3 and taken snoddy off, he didnt have the best game

Who did charlton draw in the 3rd round?
they had 1 chance apart from their goal, nothing else really. We hit bar, post, had 2 point blank headers saved, scramble off the line, 10 corners to their 1, 60%+ of the play. I dont need to be biased.

what does that have to do with me thinking they deserved a replay?
kettering were well organised, played well and came close to getting a great result. leeds struggled to break them down but managed it in the end
they didn't get the draw through luck, they got it because they played well and you failed to take your chances. you should've buried them but you failed to, that's why it's a fair result
easy win for leeds though in the replay
kinda feel sorry for grella, great performance but probs won't earn him a league start will it?

trying to understand what your saying..
"they struggled to break them down, but failed to take your chances.."
The mere fact we had several clear cut chances where the keeper saved them or they hit the post means we didn't have a problem creating chances or breaking them down. On another day it would have been 3 or 4-0.
Starting to think its designed to wind people up.
