right need to open neteller account to transfer some winnings from stars.

am i right to think i need to open a us dollar account with them?

i then want to transfer it from neteller to my uk bank account. how do i get it from dollars to pounds in my neteller account so i can send onto my bank.

also anyone know how long the whole process takes??

From my experience around a week..i think..but i also now have a a cash card from them.. so i can if need be withdraw it instead of putting it in the bank..not too sure if this works best for all but to keep poke winnings seperate it suits me.

i have a neteller account but it doesnt work, ive been meaning to get it sorted for ages, Nemesis ill need to PM you when i go about it as you know what the script is with them

I did this wrong and opened a gbp account, which is ok to make a withdrawal but no good if i want to move money around. i asked them to change it and they advised me that i needed to open another account and use a different email address to my other one. seems a bit messy but i will sort it out one day.

Indy, I did the same thing.

I too thought it would be messy, but it's not, really. I have a new $ acct. with a new number and password and everything, and PokerStars have quickly accepted it as my new deposit/withdrawal method.

(I had to email them to explain that my old account was no longer functioning, at which point they removed the old £ account from their records. V little fuss, was done in under 24 hours.)
