This is more of a brag than analysis.

This just happened in the stars deepstack MTT

http://www.pokerxfactor.com/SH21003/4625_20060826_144722

I'm getting owned hard in this MTT by reraises before and after the flop, I keep laying it down and i think im getting bullied coz they think I'm weak.
Finaly I get KK but  a tight player decides to pop my EP raise, i simply put him on AA, call to try to hit my set and check fold in 1 second.
ok ok the monotone flop helps too.

Well i'm also playing 8 SNGs and watching some crap on TV so all my decissions are < 1 second.

I like him showing the hand to inflate my ego and make me feel warm and happy inside, kthx !!!

coz they are idiots, I raise and every limper calls, all raising does is increase the size of the pot and make it harder for me to get away from after the flop.

id rather just flop a set and stack everyone

i came 35th out of 1000 in that tournie, after 8 hours, someone limped from MP and called my all-in preflop for 1/4 his stack with KTo and ace high was no good.

they just dont fold

You've got some chips, and don't need to gamble just yet.

That and the action strongly suggests a big hand is out.

Easy pass, the correct thing to do IMO  (even though it transpires they both had mince)

yep...I am teaching my GF how to play at the moment and like I keep telling her...It doesn't matter what your opponents turned out to have if you can't call pre-flop it's always  a good lay down.
