I am a clicker and if I see something whatever it is, I click it to see what it does. Just like mikky's phone icon on the forum, if it is there then I can't get it out of my mind until I have clicked it.

Today I was doing my usual daily routine of clicking each of the icons on Blonde poker. This is a daily routine I have, because quite simply I am a weirdo with a strange mind  Cheesy.  When I clicked on the cash out bit, I got this message below

"we are unable to process t your withdrawal request at this time due to a withdrawal restriction on your account. Please contact customer services for assistance".

I have no intention of withdrawing and normally I don't click this part on my clicking tour around the site before sitting down to play .  I contacted manager and they said to restart blonde. I did this and it didn't clear.  I really don't want to go through the whole process of phoning and spending ages on the phone for no other reason than to put my curiosity at ease.

Anyone have any ideas what this means?

You could have to prove your identity - eg you deposited via switch instead of creidt card.

Sark please try uninstalling and reinstalling your software and PM me if the problem persists.

Thanks.

The manager asked me what method I selected to withdraw.  The thing is this message overides everything else and I am not actually given the choice to select a method.  I have withdrawn money a few times in the past from Blonde, but I never had this message come up before.

It could be any number of things, did you put an amount in to withdraw ??

Did you put an amount to withdraw greater than your balance ??

Did you type in a withdrawal method

there are many many reasons why you may have got the error message.

ok mate, I will try that.  Last week, I re-installed VC Poker onto my laptop.  I haven't played there for ages, but I still have around 35,000 AP in my account just sitting there doing nothing. I thought it is best to use them up mainly to gain  experience more than anything.  Perhaps the two tribeca sites are clashing with one another.

Nope Kev,  I don't even get a option to do any of the above.  This message just flashes up on the screen straight away.   I will try and reinstall the software.

I don't want to withdraw money. I am just curious as to why I can't should I want to
