but I dooooo like clubs, at least I thought I did!

me too esp if they play all sorts of music Smiley  cheese to rock  yeah baby

hehe this is me to the when I go out:

"can you please play ice ice baby, summer of 69, you spin me right round and i think we're alone now"
One of my local clubs has 2 floors, plays all of these upstairs, and more 'club' orientated stuff downstairs.
I tend to stick the stuff downstairs, while my partner sticks to stuff upstairs, keeps us all happy.

just received an invite to a (younger) friend's birthday celebrations.  He is planning a meal, followed by bowling and a club.  Before I realised what was happening I had replied saying I would be up for the meal and bowling.

I might have to start planning my mid-life crisis....

TBH im 25 years old, and id prefer a meal and Bowling, ive never really been a fan of Night clubs, mainly due to the fact im a fan of Rock music!

I can't stand dance music/house.  If I do go to a club I go to ones that play 80s music with a bit of heavier pop (jam, killers etc) thrown in

There is the legendary Cathouse. We also have some good bars, the Solid Rock and Rock Garden are two that spring to mind.

And there's barfly and kingtuts for some good live sets.
