a quiet and reserved table , full of rocks !  nobodys blinds would be safe.     odds are that this heat would be over fairly quickly , but what entertainment you would get , and the speechplay , if recorded onto cd , would outsell Derek and Clive.

i think william hill is the best online poker room , tikay is a handsome young feller and welshish people are marvellous

Brian Wilson USA --You simply have to have him at the table. A bit of banter, a bit of fun..and he'll probably outdraw me by hitting the full house on the river.

Ram Vaswani GB...Puts on Scrappy Doo Voice "Let me at em...Let me at 'em"

Willie Tann GB. Simply because he is the Tann Man.

ME. As long as I have position on Ram and Willie I should atleast be at the table for a solid 15 minutes Smiley

Roland de Wolfe GB...Because I can tell him in dutch that if he reraises me I will have to kill him.

Julian Thew GB. His run of form has to end sooner or later. I'm guessing it'll be when he's at my table.

Sean Murphy IRE...Doesn't he play snooker? Wink

Jonny Lodden NOR. So I know my BB will get raised every time.. Smiley

thems' the fish in my aquarium Boss.

OK, here it is

1) Dave Colclough / I need someone I can outplay at the table
2) Julian Thew / I finally want to put an end to the "yo yo" stuff and take him out on the 1st hand w/
3) Roland De Wolfe / just need some good dead money at the table
4) Barny Boatman / I dont like the way it ended last year
5) Devilfish / I have yet to put a bad beat on the "fish" and I think that would be great fun
6) Tony G / He turned down a $1k sidebet when Mr. Cool kicked his but in the WSOP rock/scissors/ paper comp, I said it then and I will say it now " Tony G is either broke or he has lost his will to gamble"  Cheesy
7) Andy Black / I need a drinking partner
Cool Mr Cool / you have to beat the best to win these kinds of things
9) Surinder Sunar / I want him to try and beat me w/

This would be a great table w/ massive value Cheesy

My god this has took me ages.  Here it is:

Seat 1 - Dave Ulliot - Never sat with the Devilfish, I wanna see him in action AND would be able to see the show afterwards.

Seat 2 - Harry Demetriou - No bias, just one of my favourite playes around. Love his mind too and we could get some debates in over a game of cards.  I specifically picked Harry in seat 2 because although some blind stealing would be in order from him, I think I could talk him round from doing it every time.  Also i'm sure a bit of re or re-raising would get rid of him  Cheesy

Seat 3 - Ram Vaswani - Some one else said, how can you not wanna play with the best and he is imo.  To my right is great which makes me be able to "pick" my starting hands more carefuly.  Things could always go very wrong for me with Ram one side and TonyG the other but at least I would get a chance to show that I can get tricky, nothing so interesting is easy.  Thirdly, I could always play footsie if things get dull and pray to god my foot doesn't wonder left

Seat 4 - ME - As I said, a bit of sandwich here!

Seat 5 - Tony G - I have my issues with this one BUT since we are talking hypothetical table - he has to be there.  One of my reasons for Surindar being there also.  I picked him on my left because I wanted him and Ram to get busy with each other and me to be as a close a witness as possible.  Ultimate TV exposure too  Cheesy  I would also try and steal his blind at every chance and would love to see how he would get all "pyschoanalyst" on a bird at the table.  Not seen that have we, do you think he would give the absolute same speach play?  I think so.

Seat 6 - Andy Black - Played with him in Dublin for a while and was 2nd to my right, and yes he nicked my blind nearly every time.  He saw all the signs, low on chips. girl, must only be able to fight back with 2 or 3 starting hands etc etc.  Unfortunately he wasn't there long enough for me to show him my full arsenal as Stuart Fox sorted him about with K Q off or similar  Cheesy

Seat 7 - Surindar Sunar - Very much respect this guy at the table, and my hero for how he handled Tony G in Paris.  Not sure I could have stayed so cool for so long.  Interesting to see if TonyG would go there again since it didnt work that time.  Perfect conditions i.e tv camera's.

Seat 8 - Peter Costa - This is a given.  I very often have players approaching me saying they played with Peter here and there and that he was awesome, tricky, a great reader and an animated table companion etc.  I on the other hand I know his speach capabilities but must have spent the total of about 1 table hour in his presence.  This would be a perfect chance to be able see him in action and play back at him.  I am 100% sure that he would have no qualms in picking me to peices if he had to and vice versa.  Would love this to happen and probably great TV too.

So there it is.  What a peice of heaven that table is to me.  I wanted to add Johhny Lodden as first on the reserve list because didn't have the balls to add him.  It would be early bath for me if he was there, cannot resist the aggression.

Phil Laak - defending champ. one scalp you definitely want to pick up
Brian Wilson - I think last year he played the most varied and fascinating STT I've ever seen on TV. want to see it first hand
Dave “Devilfish” Ulliott - winning a TV table without Devilfish on it doesn't really count. He's iconinc and beating him in a few pots on TV will get you a name.
Ram Vaswani - probably my favourite player to watch. Also my mums favourite player. she'd be dead proud if I beat him.
Mickey Wernick - Europes best player last year. what other reason do you need?
Julian Thew - Nicest guy in poker and it'd be good to have someone to root for if I were to have a slip.
Andy Black - His WSOP performance in 2005 was top draw, particularly the class and dignity he showed in the well publicised 'awkward situations'

havent bothered to seat them in any particular order. looking at that lineup it doesn't matter much. 7 of the best, but then the whole tournament lineup is icredibly strong again.

can't wait.

SEAT 1 - Brian Wilson, i want revenge for when he knocked me out of a comp in st kitts with  . I also would like him on the button when it is my BB.

SEAT 2 Julian Thew, for the same reason as above, Brian trying to steal, thewy having none of it, and reraising from the SB with me sat on the BB with a monster Cheesy

SEAT 3 ME

SEAT 4 Phil Laak, current champion and great fun. Im sure it you would never get bored sat at a poker table if phil laak is sat next to you.

SEAT 5 Tony G, would love to bust him with crap after trying to steal his blind and give him a rubdown  Cheesy

SEAT 6 Ram, possibly the best tournament player in britian, class act, seems like a really nice guy. i think he would be the best person to sit next to tony g to keep him quiet.

SEAT 7 Surinder Sunar, i have sat next to him on a table at walsall and found him to be a really nice guy, also i would love to see him have another battle with tonyg.

SEAT 8 Steve Vladar, The table rock, far too much agression on the table

there is my table... and whoever judges this comp just remember there are a few beers waiting for you  Cheesy Cheesy

We'll call this table FUN FUN FUN

Seat 1 Marc Goodwin - All round nice fella. I'll easily distract him (and thus snake his chips) by complementing his amazing wardrobe and asking him for golf tips. I'd also like to finish a song I started singing to him in Monte Carlo, "Come fly with me..."

Seat 2 Phil Laak - Truly a fun experience anytime you play with Phil. Nice smart and keeps the game friendly. He may actually make me appear sane as well.

Seat 3 MADYANK (me) I sit here to have position on Phil. This seat also allows us to setup a little table in between seats so we can play some backgammon in between hands. It also allows me to constanly reraise Mark's button raises in the firm knowledge that he is conservative enough to fold most times.

Seat 4 Xuyen Pham - On the other side, who wouldn't want to sit next to Xuyen. Almost always happy and friendly we could reminicse about the ole 20 quid rebuy tournies in Luton. She also provides and excellent anti blind theft deterrent to Phil's button raises, in that he would have to "ave his ead examined" to try and attack two absolute nutters in the blinds.

Seat 5 Devilfish - Vengeance! Pure and SImple! I need revenge for him whacking out my stack in Monte Carlo Consolation in a race. Of course if he whacks me out again, I can also use the great post knockout interview line "Yeah. I was doing fine and then some FISH got me!" Whilst pointing at him.

Seat 6 Andy Black - Well There's a MadYank at the table (Ok 2 madyanks  ) why not have a MadIrishman as well. He brings a ton of fun to the game and keeps it lighthearted. His prescence combined with the rest should make this easily the MOST watchable and entertaining heat of them all.

Seat 7 Ram Vaswani - I have a strong form line with Ram. I've been at his table mulitple times but never suffered heavily to him (Also knocked him out of a few major tournies at The Vic   ). He's damn good but also aggresive, so his chips will be in play.

Seat 8 Ken Lennaard - MIght as well have one quiet, non-crazy, Scandi-rock (yes it is possible   >:?) at the table. In reality though, everytime I've played with him or watched him he's been an absolute gentleman and is a great ambassador for the Game. Not to mention it's always cooooool to play with the Swedish Survivor Champion. Tongue

Seat 9 Nurse - Ok She ain't playing but Ken and Ram are going to need either a boatload of paracetemol or some industrial strength hearing protection with the amount of chatter going on at this table

In the end, of course, there can be ONLY 1! so it would be a bit of:

Seat:

1) Brian Wilson - The easiest last longer bet ever. Wink

2) Tony G - I wanna see him try the verbal on me. (And Brian Wilson)

3) JP Kelly - Fearless.

4) Me - there is no way I'd want to be on JP's right.

5) Devilfish - For the one liners alone. Oh yeah I hear he's quite good too.

6) The Camel -  I could poke fun at QPR all day long.

7) Andy Black - Seems like one of the good guys and looks like a good laugh. It'd be nice to meet him.

8 ) Ram Vaswani - Just because he's class. Simple.

9) Julian Thew - The one man who would be at it more than Wilson.

Seat One: the Devilfish. I've watched poker on Eastenders and I want the oppunity to play proper poker and say " I raise you my pub for your jewelry shop". NB: don't tell the devilfish I don't have a pub. Also having the Devilfish on the table I can treat it as a double chance comp as I get the chance to pawn my jewelry to him after he gets so embarrassed after getting lucky on hitting his 2 outer after he overplays junk and getting himself pot committed.

Seat Two: Tony G. I played against Tony on one of the blonde poker freerolls when there was a $100 bounty on his head. Tony was playing his typically bullying game so I decided to check raise him on three successive hands to receive and chat response of "that's sick" from Mr Rubdown himself. Personally would love the table talk and just giving Tony a deadpan response to his table talk of "sorry mate, I don't understand as I don't speak English"

Seat Three: Julie Thew. I owe him a pint from bb3 and what a better time to get it when there is a free bar. No Julie, doubt worry I get the 10th consecutive round, you can get them in at bb4

Seat Four: Keith "the camel" Hawkins. So I can have a side bet on who can drink the most. The rules are you must drink at least a pint before the deal button returns to you. At least I would have a good excuse for my appalling play. Then again a few beers may improve my game.

Seat Five: Steve Valder. So I can ask him what's it like to be the second best player in the UKJ,England, in his house

Seat Six: Xuyen Pham. So I can ask her what's it like to be the best player in her house.

NB: having all three WH players should keep the sponsors happy

Seat Seven: Me. It pays to sit to the right of some old fella who's blinds are easy to pinch.

Seat Eight: Tikay. Just so I can look at the faces of other players, many of whom have mighty ego's, when I just constantly talk to Tikay saying things like "your that man of the telly" and "aren't you Mr UK Poker", etc, etc, and other such "comedy" hero worship statements.

NB: I've made sure that there are no Americans on my table on account that they do my head in. Surely that's worth a bonus point Tikay  thumbs up

Disqualified on two counts.

1) Why "comedy" Hero Worship? I signed a book yesterday. Nothing comedy about that. Are you saying the Hero Worship iis not for real?

2) I am not playing the Event.
