It states that the next APAT live tournament is in Wales on their web site.

change of schedule. Scotland next!

.....because we have managed to solve the capacity problem in Scotland, & are still working on it for Wales. We'll get there. We know how disappointed many of you were not to get a seat in Event One, & we intend to resolve that problem & not have it arise again.

Excellent news about the extra seats available in Scotland, will be booking flights & hotels as soon as details announced.

I am as proud as Punch.

...and so you should be!!! I wasn't there - I only heard about APAT from a friend who joined (and was lucky enough to get a seat) after the Broadway event was closed - but I followed every update on this great forum and it sounded like great fun. My housemate and I have joined APAT and are very much looking forward to seeing you all in Scotland.

Echo........and so you should be!

Congrats to you, Tikay, Des, Rich and Mel for putting on a brilliant inaugural event -  everything ran so smoothly and the players were well looked after, thanks to the APAt crew and the Casino staff who were most professional also.  The whole general atmosphere, especially the well-deserved applause each player received, made it a live event to remember. A real opportunity for amateur poker players in a wonderful Casino venue.  Congratulations to the winner, the finalists - it was a really exciting Final Table - and congratulations in particular to all the Blondes who played.  Just one of the many ways the friendliness residing shows, is in the number of APAt members who have now become Blondes -

It looks like the Tour will do the APA proud.  Good Luck to future events. thumbs up

Thanks for a great event - I'll put a few photos on shortly. I just need to run them through Photoshop as the Broadway seems to drain all the light out of every shot taken from further than a foot away.  Cool

Another shot of the trophy - but this time with the medals reflected in it (completely on purpose not a fluke at all)
