I'd call.

But then again, I lost a big hand with 55 yesterday evening.  I'll post it on here after everyone's done with yours Snoopy if you don't mind - just to see if I could have got away from the hand and not lost as much as I did.

Yes call it Snoops, though i would argue if you have got yourself outdrawn you have asked for it. Why are you checking a set on this board,  to 2 opponents (was the original raisor aggressive). Also on the turn surely its time to drop the hammer and raise, i understand that you maybe trying to get value from the player but there are so many cards we hate on the river.

I would raise the flop around 3/4 of pot.  It all depends on the opponents, but if they like to overplay their overpairs, I will get a good value out of them, if they re-raise I can call it and trap them on the turn and river, but with this flop I don't want to give any free cards. There is always a possiblity that you are against higher full house, but the likehood of that is small.

Slowplaying is good at some situations in others it can give u a headache.

OK - I warned you.  Here's mine on not altogether disimilar lines...

The table's been fairly loose, and I've been making the most of that. Videokonge has been playing lots of hands, and trying to mix it up with pretty much anything.

Hold'em No Limit ($1/$2) - 2006/10/22 - 18:50:28 (ET)
Table 'Keid III' 6-max Seat #5 is the button
Seat 1: bigdan787 ($76.70 in chips)
Seat 2: bberard34 ($198 in chips)
Seat 3: videokonge ($159.05 in chips)
Seat 4: kinboshi ($334.90 in chips)
Seat 5: DidDatHurt ($180.75 in chips)
Seat 6: pnoles ($249.80 in chips)
pnoles: posts small blind $1
bigdan787: posts big blind $2

*** HOLE CARDS ***
Dealt to kinboshi [ ]
bberard34: folds
videokonge: calls $2
kinboshi: calls $2
DidDatHurt: folds
pnoles: calls $1
bigdan787: checks

*** FLOP *** [ ]
pnoles: checks
bigdan787: checks

kinboshi: bets $10
videokonge: raises $10 to $20
kinboshi: raises $26 to $46

Do I call?  How would you have played it differently?

call everytime. AA looks less likely with the check on the flop anyway. Long term profit in clling here everytime.

edit - i read the hand history wrongly, i thought it was the original raisor making the big move. I think it's more likely you are beat but still a call.

me also. lindgaard has flat called a large raise preflop. surely he reraises from this position with aces? i'd bet a smallish amount on the flop there. but the way you've played it i'd definately call the river. unless you know lindgaard as a tricky player who can disguise the nuts with what looks like a river steal? though you haven't shown any signs of strength so i can't imagine he makes this bet either way if you're beaten.

depends on if you think videokonge would slow play poker aces. if you don't know his game well enough you can't call but you hint on him being loose and playing alot of pots so i guess you call and put him on a draw of some sort?

Exactly but what does he think you are calling with and why is he shoving when the 7 pairs? It's pretty obvious the ace has helped him, but why isn't he scared that you might have called with 7-8 on the turn.
