I'm fairly new to the forum but was tinking we could perhaps have a bounty tourney with all blondes against the staff just for added bragging rights or of course some hard american currency sometime early 2007.

hmmm....

and maybe it could be another added prize pool tourney.
Im no expert but i dont think its unreasonable for it to be around an added 1million dollar tournament or if thts a bit rich then im sure we would settle for 1/2 a million dollars added!

No pressure of course! ( ;bat;  ;bat; )

We always welcome suggestions/feedback on what people want from the cardroom, but remember, we NEED you to support us.

To be honest i was a little dissapointed with 69 runners for tonights comp, I wanted 100+ ... but thankyou to all those who did support us.

After the new year, I will be relaunching the Sunday Sizzler, although it will have a few changes, the proposal is to keep it at a $50 buy in, but make it a fortnightly comp and have 3 sats each week 2 rebuys and 1 freeze.

I am also working on a "blonde series of poker" which would consist of NLHE, Omaha, Omaha hi/lo and PLHE comps with sats for every event .... But like I said, we will pretty much put on whatever you guys want, as long as the support is there.

2007 will see big changes in the online poker world, but we will maintain our ethos of making our comps available to every standard/bankroll that is represented by our membership.... we dont do exclusion here.

Its a 2 way street, you support us, and we will continue to give you an enjoyable game of poker, played in a friendly atmosphere, where observer chat is positively encouraged.

Thank you to everyone who has played on blonde in 2006 ..... and I look forward to organising and planning some great comps in 2007.

If you havent downloaded blonde yet, make it your new years resolution to do so .... seriously, you are missing out on some great social games of poker, and a chance to play in comps that are planned and organised to suit you.

Happy new year.

How many active real money accounts does blonde have? I thought 69 was pretty high!

Have to agree with this 100%, not my preferred software but had some of my most enjoyable games on Blonde, the banter is good shame about the poker.

I've always used Tribeca, previously through VC, but switched to Blonde when I found out about this place and joined the fun.  The Blonde tourneys are great fun - and people who play at all sorts of levels get to rub shoulders. When am I likely yo be sitting at the same table as the Yongsta?  Not too often, but tonight I had the pleasure of his company (if only for a short while as I donked my stack away).

One question though - what's happening to the software?  I've read that it will cease to be, and Blonde will then be moving onto a different platform?  Is that right, or wrong, or is a decision still to be made?

hardly, blonde as a business is just under two years old and isn't a licence to print money for anyone. Its here today because of significant investment by the founders.

Someone will buy the Tribecca software - surely.

It is too good a business idea not to - so many "loyal" people to Tribecca

Blonde Series of Poker sounds like a top idea, I'll be there.

If only Tribeca did stud tourneys.... Sad

I also thought that the 69 for the snowball was a decent turn out, I remember not many tournies for the last league got beyond 50, so perhaps things are on the up?
