Im calling, i reckon he has KdQd.
Call because you will outkick him a lot, if he has AK, average Tribeca player ships it in preflop. The hand you should be scared of is AQ. But you call in an instant if he's a gambler.

My argument for calling is this, surely AK/AQ checks this flop to allow a high PP a stab?

I also prefer to flat-call the raise, I have position, and don't want to throw away a good hand if mr gambler really wants to gamble and push. I don't want to waste 1/6 of my stack on AJ with the blinds so low either. Easy call, since he might push with a small pair hoping you've got TT-KK and the ace will scare you off.

He probably hasĀ  and puts you on a high ace.

I dont think that thats me thinking techincally, but thats what usually happens to me in this situation if i call.

i can't see you being beat here often.

you're only beat if.
a) he's fast playing AQ to defend against a flush draw
b) he has a 9 and figures you have an ace or JJ-KK to call with
c) he's double bluffed like hell with aces. which i don't think i've ever seen on the inet to this extent!

so i call in a shot.
