Yes, in the grand scheme of things internet poker uses virtually no bandwidth. Tiscali are arseholes.

Tiscali are arseholes.  i use tiscali but the only time i cannot connect is during peak hours but only on ladbrokes, not sure the network, prima?, same with 333.  apparently its all gaming sites not just gambling/gaming sites.

Total fannys tiscali 'helpdesk' can't speak english and takes half hour to get through. 

only been with tiscali for 6 months but 12 month contract so cant cancel

yes you can as they have changed the contract with you by blocking your access to poker sites
