LOL

You told him you had AAxx preflop, bet the flop (he must know you are about even money to have the club flush draw as he has the ace of diamonds) and he raises you when you are always going to call even if you haven't, as you're almost getting pot odds for a 2 outer.

To be honest I don't understand the betting in this entire hand.

Omaha is very much a flop game, so the reraise by yourself preflop is iffy I reckon (for the hand you have) and then the 100$ bet on the flop, essentially always knowing you'll call if he reraises. I reckon you're lucky to be up against someone like him and lucky your Aces held.

It seems like you thought pre-flop "All my chips are going in the middle here no matter what" in Omaha that's a sure fire way to losing me thinks.

its hu boldie - i dont see any prob with the preflop betting - he is reducing his opponents implied odds

Yeah Boldie, Aces for me are tricky to play heads up in omaha, I am generally ok with them apart from heads up.  I rememberd your comment yesterday when you said I should raise pre and get chips in when I was ahead.  That's what I thought I was doing!!

How would you's have played differently?

and as flops go I thought this flop was a pretty good flop IE the cards were quite spaced meaning he is less likely to have hit 2 pair with hands he woulda re raisesd in the 1st place with.

I don't see how he can call me really bad after I outplayed him to get double his chips in the 1st place didn't hit a lucky card once.

you are right...on the flop after your pre-flop reraise you have to stab at it because he sure as hell will..and you can not fold for the extra 50 IMO.
