Its the fact that it was so black and white that pissed me off, and the fact that I KNOW i haven't used blue square since the 30th and that was from 6pm till about 6.30pm.


Of course you know all this, but how would he? Be it an error or not, he was of the understanding that your account had been used at the time he stated, whether by you or someone else. Therefore it wouldn't be black and white and I doubt he was being arkward just for the sake of it, he probably just didn't want to take any risks. He can't just take your word for it.

If I have made a misread here and he knew that there'd been an error and that your account hadn't been active, then I think you're right to be pissed off.
