Well done Ireland... Had some Kiwi friends over with Irish lineage and thoroughly enjoyed one of the big boys of World Cricket getting a good thumping.

This is definitely the largest upset in World Cup cricket...

Very exciting but had traded the game all green on betfair and then all bets void for the draw!

Must have lost betfair a lot of money in commision as over £7M was matched on the game. Nevermind got another 50 days worth of games to make it all back, fantastic, I love cricket, I also think its the best gambling sport Smiley

A draw or a tie.

Big difference in cricket.

AAAAAAAYYYYYYYAAAAAAAAAAARRRRRRRRRRRRR!!!!!!!!!

Ok, so not quite in the same league as the victory against Pakistan but still for an assosiate member of the ICC to now get a win the Super 8 is unbelievable!

And also as this is our second victory in the tournament to go with the draw against Zimbabwe it means that Ireland now officially earn a place on the ODI rankings leaderboard - meaning we are now an official One Day International team and can play in triangular tournaments etc etc.

Some excellent captaincy and excellent batting and bowling performances giving us a deserved win in the super 8's

COME ON IRELAND!!
