We just lost our wireless at possibly the worst point of the week - panic broke through the press lethargy, but we've now got back online.  In an emergency, we've got backup dialup connection, so in any case we'll be bringing you the stories from today, quickly or slowly, depending...

OK The players are seated - time to photograph your requests (no offence, but shortstacks have a nasty habit of vanishing into thin air).

And Julian - The roof is ON!  I have been waiting all week to see that, read your post and got ludicrously excited, but it's just that disco-tastic black ceiling again.  I can't believe they allow it to even threaten to rain in Monte Carlo.

Neat trick that BadGirl, playing in Monte Carlo AND working in the office!

Good Luck to Xuyen though. She looked lovely this week, as always..

Some requests as promised...

First up, Joey Lovelady (awesome name!) who thanks Dubai for his support. He seemed confident at these early stages and was laughing jovially at the table.

Mr Hussain, not dejected by his 9k stack - remember last year?

For those new to blonde out there, this is the guy that came out of nowhere to finish runner up last year for half a mil. Not bad for a few days at the office.

"You could have warned me you were taking a photo," he complains jokingly.

"Why, were you going to comb your hair," I replied.

Bad Beat's Richard Herbert, clearly spurred on by Meds good luck wishes. "Yes, that will push me to victory, that's the inspiration I needed to take this one down."

Tough table though. Philip Hilm and Gearge Danzer across the table, not to mention neighbours Mickey Wernick and Xuyen Vladar.

Say gidday to Joey from me too Snoops - I busted him atthe GUKPT Bolton when I woke up with the cowboys in the BB - when there was only 20 of us left. Nice guy and plays better when not on the buds...
