I thought that to mark my 100th post, which is not a great many compaired to a good deal of forum users, I would share my impression of the forum itself and the people who post on it.

When I first started lurking on this site I felt that the forum was a closed shop to outsiders, the general vibe of posts and replies seemed very much that of a clique of posters that knew each other, and had their little in jokes and on-line buddies.  I think that that was due to the fact that this forum is unlike anyother that I had used previously, where i t was the norm new posters to be  flamed at every opportunity and their posts ignored.

After spending a while reading the boards I realised that rather than being a closed shop, the Blonde forum was one of the most varied, welcoming, thought provoking and above all else laugh out loud funny sites on the web. The friendly and helpful nature of this forum is down to the posters, mods and especially Tikay.

So I would like to say thanks to everyone concerned with Blonde for giving someone who seldom posts on forums, a place where I feel comfortable doing so. I'm looking forward to meeting many of you a bb4 next week, even the welsh.  Wink

If you made it this far, cheers for reading my self indulgent post and please feel free to flame me for it.  thumbs up

perhaps when you joined Blonde was going through one of it's few dark periods. there's only been one or two times where the atmosphere has dipped and its got cliquey.

fortunately it never lasts long and the feeling gets better, like it is now.

Good post bone. I also thought it was going to be very cliquey but have now found that they accept absolutely everybody with the same disrespect and have made many friends on here.

I was a newbie at BB3 hence my team Billy no mates...........this time it is Team Billy good mates

Hmmmmmm shall I lower myself to make some sort of cheap shot about our round 1 opponents from Liverpool or somewhere up north...........maybe it was Manchester. I went to Chorlton once. It was a strange place where the pigeons flew upside down because there was nothing worth crapping on. Bring it on sexy lady.
