I'm nearly longing for the WPT to get involved and ask for 13 minute blinds...
Anyway Neil raises to 60k and Dave calls.
Flop:
Neil bets 80k, Dave calls.
Turn:
Neil checks, Dave bets 60k. Neil nods his head and quickly passes.

I will now keep from being idle by reporting every single hand until something interesting happens.
Dave raised +40k preflop. Raj in the big blind considers his options. "You just want the blinds?" he asks Dave.
"Pardon?" says Dave. Hard to speech play when the other person isn't really paying attention. He passes. More for Mr. Smith.
___________________________
Button Dave Smith raises it pre and takes the blinds.
___________________________
Now we get a threeway check-down, with the thrilling conclusion of Neil Carr winning a pot with Jack high.

Raj moves all-in for 277k.
Neil calls just as quick.

Raj and Neil see a flop.
Raj and Neil both check.
Raj checks, Neil bets 60k and takes the pot.

Raj passes, Neil calls and Dave checks.
Flop:
Neil bets 60k (he's upping his aggression a notch), Dave calls.
Turn:
Seems like a brick. Neil's looking unsure as to whether to fire the second barrel, in fact he dwells too long and checks. Dave checks.
River:
Dave and Neil both check and Dave's Five with a King kicker takes the pot. A second barrel on the flop would've done it perhaps?

Neil raises to 80k, Raj dwells, he seems to spend a least a minute on every hand, but this time he says, "All-in." Neil calls as Dave gets out of the way.

And just like that,
Raj Modha
is OUT in
3rd

One pot each with no flop. Blinds now 15k/30k ante 3k.
Dave calls on the button, Neil instaraises to 90k, call just as fast.
Flop:
Neil slows down, now, taking his time to bet 80k, called by Dave.
Turn:
Neil bets a pondered 160k, called by Dave.
River:
Neil bets more quickly now - 400k, placed with a thump over the line (in what looked like a 4x string bet but must have been announced out of our earshot)...
Dave passes on the river as swiftly as he'd called all the way there.

Dave raises on the button to 110k (it's been effective a couple of times preflop now), and this time Neil re-raises preflop, with a call.
Flop:
the flop Neil bets 100k; Dave calls.
Turn:
Neil checks, Dave instantly moves in.... Neil passes.
_________________________
Neil (big blind) raises to 90k, called by Dave. Flop:
. Neil, who, incidentally, has been chewing something furiously and constantly during the final table (probably gum, would surprise me if tobacco) bets out to take it down.
_________________________
Neil raises on the button the next hand to 90k; Dave calls.
Flop:
Dave checks, Neil bets 120k, Dave calls.
Turn:
Dave checks, Neil checks
River:
Dave checks, Neil checks and his Ace-high beats Dave's King-high.

Dave has re-raised to 800k on the turn (facing a 200k bet from Neil) with the board standing 9-3-6-J... already a couple hundred in there from betting on the other streets, a possibly tide-turning pot is handed from Neil to his opponent...
____________________________
With the momentum of that, Dave...calls on the big blind; check.
Flop:
check-check
Turn:
Neil bets 40k, called instantly
River:
Neil bets out a stack of red chips equalling 140k, Dave instantly announces all-in, Neil looks heavenwards, scratches his ear, shakes his head and furrows his brow over the course of about 5 minutes, before passing.
**apparently** he showed the mucked 5-2. (!!!!).

They see another flop:
Dave bets 30k, Neil makes it 80k, Dave calls.
Dave checks, Neil bets 100k. Dave calls.
Dave checks, Neil goes back to chewing. He's picking up some chips and bets 200k, which is enough to push Dave off his (likely) Nine or weak King.
Neil is back up to 1,206,000, Dave still has 1,861,000. 3:2 lead for the Hat man.
