I actually implied he was a fish for calling the re-raise pre flop.

Black Americano and a cinamon danish if I'm at work
Quite enjoy scrambled eggs on toast with smoked salmon if I'm feeling it for a full-on breakfast on a day off - always a strong, black Americano

Most days I have four lightly crushed Weetabix, (actually wheat bixies from Lidl, exactly the same but half the price)

Three dessert spoons of Greek yoghurt.

Half a cup of dark sweet cherries.

One dessert spoon each of peanuts, chopped almonds and mixed seeds.

Top with a nana.

PS- I would have included a pic of my mug of tea but it was still brewing.

Note: STILL BREWING.

Breakfast looks healthy Red-Dog but Wheat Bixies & nana big hitters on glycemic index. Cherries not great but will allow.

If you just had the yogurt, nuts & seeds you could enjoy about 15 teaspoons of sugar in that tea instead.

Now that scrambled egg, salmon and black coffee option is solid gold.

I've been looking into this glycaemic index stuff. It's interesting but quite confusing.
