Lots of good messages and comments from football fans from all teams today. What happened at Hillsborough could have happened to other fans of other clubs (nearly did to Spurs fans at Hillsborough before 1989).

Let's hope it doesn't happen again.

i was at the aforementioned spurs game as a very young child with my old man

my only real memories of the game were being constantly lifted over and back over the fence by my old man for what seemed an eternity

Thread on the Man United forum Red Cafe about the idea of a banner at the game at Anfield: http://www.redcafe.net/f7/e-petition-release-govt-hillsborough-files-337931/index9.html#post12234672

Tremendous showing of solidarity, wp Everton. Hope the families get what they're looking for and can finally get some peace.

Q & A session with Rafa Benitez was excellent last night, the man is a true gent.

Some interesting stories from behind the scenes, not all covered in the book!  Best £15 I've spent in a while.

I echo the sentiments of Paul Heaton when he said - "if I was a Liverpool fan i would've placed 95 bombs outside different police stations after reading yesterday's findings, with a 96th for the Houses of Parliament."
