I ve been reading today that Suarez is hinting at wanting champions league football which is understandable. Biggest challenge will be keeping him this summer. Really hope he gets player of the year... So deserves it ahead of bale and van persie on sheer consistency.

IPCC report published on bettison. States he has a case to answer to for trying to influence the investigation of the aftermath of hillsborough for his own self interest.
As he resigned he can't face charges that would have been bought as a result of this complaint which would have been on gross mis conduct, however the report, while not pre judging his actions that are still being investigated as a whole, the IPCC felt it should still publish its view for the general public to form its own views.
Justice for the 96.

That and his knighthood.
Certainty but that's a matter for the state and they won't entertain the thought until he is actually charged. JM don't have to wait for that you'd think!!?

Yeah, you're right. The university can do what they what (I assume), and it should be removed asap if it's something they can do like that.

Lets hope they play the right moral card! And not hide behind the same track his own lawyers are spurting out that "a case to answer, isn't a verdict of guilt". He can't be found guilty because he can't be charged or investigated because he resigned. People aren't stupid!!

Misconduct in public office is an offence at common law triable only on indictment. It carries a maximum sentence of life imprisonment. It is an offence confined to those who are public office holders and is committed when the office holder acts (or fails to act) in a way that constitutes a breach of the duties of that office.http://www.cps.gov.uk/legal/l_to_o/misconduct_in_public_office/

Its my understanding of it, but far from an expert. I believe however that the on-going "criminal" investigation he is open to all investigations and any such charges that may arise from this criminal investigation. His resignation doesn't exclude him from this aspect. He knew all of this, as did the WYPF when they asked him to resign. Which in itself could be looked into in!? His day will come.

Player grabs Suarez's nuts, so he punches them. He definitely has a screw loose, but at least he's our nutcase with a screw loose. Might also mean he gets a ban from internationals for a while, give him a good rest

Liverpool not great at all today, Villa very poor. Still, a spirited performance in the second half led by the captain who also made an incredible headed clearance off the line to keep it 1-2.
Still a distance off the top sides though.
