Great to log on each day and see the tournament success you are having out there, more of the same eh?

Of all the games you've played out there so far which is your favourite?  PLO8 I'd imagine.

Spent so far = $1,950

Cashed so far - $4,691.

Profit @ present = $2,741, so every 1% is currently worth $27.41. Wow.

Stakers are.....

Irene Nutcase Trip5 1%

Aaron/Machka, 5%

Alan Nice Man, 1%, maximum £65 spend agreed. PAID.

Plump Bloke, 2%.

Methuselah, 2%.

MerelyBurnMoney - 5%

Today, we head to Wynn, for the Noon $340 PL Omaha 8 or better, scheduled as a 2 day event, with a lovely structure. I'm confident of a deep run in this, though whether deep enough to cash is another matter. We shall see.

Yesterday's Limit Hi-Lo went better than expected, but not well enough.....

We were in cruise mode, & double average, for most of the time, but ended up around 30th of around 110 runners after a proper ugh hand.

I had identified one kid who just capped every street every time he held A-2-x-x, & I thought I could catch him in the right circumstances.

I had  three diamonds

Near perfect flop for me, as I had him on low cards,

Turn was OK, too,

The river paired the Q.

I HATED that Q, but had to call his last bet, & this was for a near chip lead stack. He turned over  two hearts

That left us with 4 Bigs. We doubled straight back up, went banzai for 2 orbits & was soon average again, but I then failed to change gear back to slow-slow cruise mode, as I was playing way too fast, & it cost us, I overstepped the line once too often.

Off to pen today's blog now - lots of photos of carpets, pavements, etc - then if I get done in time, I'll try & reply to a few of the questions on here.

Have a lovely Sunday, whatever you are doling.

'OK' in lower case, 'and' twice where once would suffice?

Miss Costa ftw? That kid impresses me no end, a real raw talent.

But Ebbers, Bromley, Andrew, Coxy, can all win that.

Whilst I was crushing the Wynn Tourney yesterday, I had my very own Brit Rail. Well dressed too, yes?

Did you make day 2.  Sorry couldn't hang round, was starting to feel rough.  Don't know if it was lack of sleep or the paint stripper and tonic I had at Caesars.

It is spelt Dim Sum if you are going to google.  5 dishes and tea 17 dollar.  Very reasonable.

I never got round to telling you about the chap I shared the flight with.  He had travelled from the US to stay in Nora Batty's cottage and visit the likes of Huddersfield.

Turned out he was an ex member of the pararescue team in the forces.  I was pretty clueless on this previously.  Having once jumped out of a perfectly good plane, and finding it easily the most terrifying thing I have ever done, it is pretty hard to comprehend the bravery of those who do that beyond enemy lines to try and save their comrades.

He had also visited the US forces ceremony near Cambridge while here.  Apparently it is beautiful and he recommended a visit, seems the least I could do.
