Boys Don't Cry, Inbetween Days, Just Like Heaven, Close to Me, Lovesong... all great songs.

These were my favourite but I am a bit younger than you lot
Without looking at the image tag can you name the group?
The lead singer came into my sisters clothes shop a couple of years ago and left a £10 deposit on a dress for his partner. He never came back for either. Still a rebel.

Every one of them a classic.
Don't forget "Friday I'm in Love". One of their best Vids, too.
I don't care if Monday's blue
Tuesday's gray and Wednesday too
Thursday I don't care about you
It's Friday, I'm in love
Monday you can fall apart
Tuesday, Wednesday break my heart
Oh, Thursday doesn't even start
It's Friday I'm in love
OOohh-oooooooh

SPT Stratford?
Good man, yay!
Bradders it coming, too, as in "At-It" Bradders.
Joe Stapes is coming, so is McLean Karr & his burd, Tatyana, Jen Mason, Dubai might show up, ditto Lord Channing, Orford, should be a blast.

It's not them - but as an aside, they (Steve Harley & Cockney Rebel) are playing at a festival I'm going to in the summer:

Bugger.
Look a bit punk to me, not into punk.
Ska yes, 2Tone, yes, punk, no.

They were formed in 1975 by founding member Neil Harris (lead guitarist). But he was not the most well known of the band.

Punk yes.
More kind of populist punk than hardcore.

Not interested, sorry.
Big fan of Malcolm McLaren these days though.

Actually, I ought to add John Lydon to the "like" list, too.
Maybe I'm warming to punk 30 years late, but I like to see these lads when they have come back to the right side of the street & become almost sensible.
