Not totally sin free, but, by not having the burger and chips you are not ruining all your hard work.
It must be hard with all the temptations and foods from around the world.
Trust me, I know how easy it is to pile on the pounds and regret it afterwards.
Hoping for another good run tonight, take their chips, like a greedy fat boy, take ALL their chips.
Thanks Nick.
Have to be honest, had burger and chips last night. And the night before. Well, every night since I got here.
Anyway, MANTIS said I could pile in if I cashed, so it's ok.

Is the entire Rio hotel without air-con Tony? I assumed from your reportage it was just the conference centre/poker area.
If so it's been out one hell of a long time and must have been unbearable trying to sleep last night - good job you only need a couple of hours kip per night.
Morning Ralph.
No, the Hotel & Casino was fine, but the entire Conference Centre - the WSOP area - was without AC.
Feels a little churlish to complain about the heat when I'm out here living the dream, but my oh my it was unbearably hot & uncomfortable last night. It made it hard to concentrate, too, though it was the same for everyone.
I came down to the Media Centre at 6am this morning, & it was just as bad, stifling heat. Now, at 11.20am local, most of the Rooms have aircon working again. In fact one wiseguy in Brasilia just complained it was "too cold".
I rarely sleep more than 4 or 5 hours at night, & last night I was buzzing after the deepish run, & could not sleep at all. Off for a power nap shortly though, preceded by a sandwich & a choc ice.
Haagen Daz, I presume?
Pic of choc-ice, please
Living the dream.
Not so sure about the slices of cheese in the croissant, but everything else looks ok.
Good tekkers!

Piling in after a min cash is unprofessional mate. I remember Steve Davis used to reward himself with a sip of water after a century break. And here you are, enjoying double hagen daas lifestyle after bowl of rice cash. Really need to see some beetroot in this picture if we want that hungry ripping mentality.

I'll be there soon to get things on track, so it's all good.

2 ice creams? Even my kids have enough self control not to ask for a second.
I need the order we eat this food, as that ice cream is going to be in a bit of a state after the croissant, never mind if we get through the sticky bun too. Hope the aircon is set to the usual South Pole in mid-winter setting.

Level 1 complete.
Easiest starting table all trip, despite which managed to lose 1,600 of my 18,000 starting. Can't even begin to connect with any boards despite some real nice starting equipment, and when I do hit I counterfeit myself.

Level 2 ended, better level.
Ended with this hand which I bet pre.
Flopped the nut low, rivered the nut high, bet it all the way and quartered A-2 man, though to be fair he had diamonds too.
25,000.

Level 3 safely completed, nothing to report, sat very quietly, unlike the lady to my left who has not stopped spouting garbage.
24,000.
Feeling good so far, and enjoying it muchly. Like my table, too.
