While I have your attention - when you do Hand Analysis stuff, & you refer to  player as being about "21/29", wtf does that mean?

I know alex is a god but I bet he couldn't manage to play 21/29

Tikay deliberately got it the wrong way round imo

It wouldn't be possible to be 21/29 as these are figures from trackers the 1st being VPIP% the 2nd pre flop raise (i think i got that right lol)

never mentioned it before gramps, but cool diary. I like the poker people stuff a lot. well done in blackpool too. next time no dealz!!! Smiley

Why no dealz?

When "deal talk" arises, I have a Rule - "ask the Chip Daddy, I'll go with the flow".

And Goodwin said "you ARE the Chip Leader". I was in total shock, & he caught me off-guard......

But I have no regrets. None at all.

In which case I'm afraid to say they that I think that they had you over

Although I must admit that I would not have minded being had over like that myself.....

Sorry Guys, I've never used - & never will - tracking software. What does VPIP% mean, please?

Not deliberate error, just ignorance. Or maybe indifference. Wink

I just see these 21/29, or 59/28, or whatever, numbers, & they mean nothing to me.

I live in my own little world. It's really quite nice in here, but it has a waffle filter.

What tighty posted will explain it better than I could

I just started using it a couple of months ago and have found it an excellent purchase i don't think i could multi table without it,although i wasnt to impressed when some guy i'd played with a bit who also used Holdem manager and decided to tell the whole table my stats for no reason other than discussion.

I expected someone to say that but i disagree obviously no etiqutue rules that i'm aware of but i think this is a tad out of order imo,if someone wants to get stats on me buy the software and play 1k hands or so with me to get them,if you were playing live and someone at the table knew you and was telling everyone else at the table what type of player you were the sort of moves you made so on would this bother you ? At the end of the day these are tools available to everyone and are not illegal so there shouldn't be a problem with people using them.

It was just a throw away comment. I have no strong opinions one way or the other.

hmmmm....my exit in the sky poker live tour the other week was down to someone calling me with a hand they said they wouldn't usually, only Tikay had told the table before the game started that I was 'at it' a lot Roll Eyes

Imho it doesn't matter what your table image is. As long as you are aware of it you can use it to your advantage.

Were you in front when he called Claw?

All the time - you've done it to me loads on the open and live. You've obviously forgot that old adage "If you're not in the hand you should not say a word."  talktothehand

Well done on your win tonight on Sky - a masterclass on laddering, they will probably do a whole programme on that alone!
