another story tucked away in the papers was of a council garden keeper who found £6k in a carrier bag under a bush and handed it in !!!

Sigh ... now if it was someones wallet with an address/contact details, fair enough... but 6 large in a carrier bag just laying there ... MUG !!

Thieves kept on hiding stolen property in the garage at the bottom of my garden. I rang the police everytime, they came and collected power tools, mountain bikes etc. No one ever claimed them and the police would bring them back - on one occasion the bike had been washed!! Sold them on making a tidy profit - eventually the thieves stopped leaving their stuff in my garage but it took them months.

They have gotten it backwards, theives keep removing things from our garage.

Suprised that a 2nd theif didn't come along and help himself to all this lovely bounty. He wouldn't have to sort through it, it's all top loot preselected etc.

See the one yesterday about the 19 year old who checked her bank account and found the bank had mistakenly deposited £135k into it?
Had to laugh when i read she cained it all in a few days Cheesy
I'd do a few months in jail for that sort of cash!!!!

The boy's parents, who are not commenting, alerted police when the parcel arrived on 20 March.

Bloody grasses!  I'd have kept it quiet.
