i want to go on holiday in late spetember with the mrs but Vegas is out apparently  anyone got any suggestions for bit of beach, bit of culture? |

I've always done the beach/culture holidays separately. We've either gone for a 'bit of culture' and then spent a week or two taking in everything we can physically manage in the time, or we've gone for a week or two of lying by the pool or on the beach chilling out.
Wherever you go it'll have more culture than Vegas anyway!
