They are normally on the front of your monthly bank statements, IBAN = International Bank Account Number and BIC= Bank international code (i think)
Yes you also find them on your statement though.
IBAN is your own private number.
The BIC can be found anywhere on the net, just search on google and you have to put a few details on of your bank you registered with.
ACTUALLY you can even work out your IBAN code if my bank manager told me correctly...
Here is an example GB30MIDL12345678901234
<GB> - Country
<30> - 2 random numbers (they dont mean anything, you can even change the numbers if you want!)
<MIDL> - Location of bank i.e Midlands.
<123456> - Sort code
<78901234> - Account number.
