they can go down steps, not too sure about stairs as such lol.

Harmony has just got back after work and shares your "Cow Concern" my chum.

It seems she was chased by an enraged Bovine once, uphill no less and was most concerned at the chasing Cow's attentive cohorts and whether they would join in the proceedings.
